Industrial Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan



We are in search of an experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to determine project requirements
- Create detailed plans and drawings for industrial structures
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a part-time position located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Accommodation is not provided.
