Facade Technician
As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior facades of buildings in Porto. Your main duties will include performing inspections, identifying and diagnosing any issues, as well as carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any issues or potential problems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with facades, including but not limited to cracks, leaks, and structural damage
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on building facades, including painting, sealing, and replacing damaged materials
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Communicate effectively with building owners/managers regarding any repairs or maintenance needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to facade maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role in the construction/maintenance industry
- Knowledge of various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot facade issues effectively
- Proficient in using hand/power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members and building owners/managers
- Physical stamina for working at heights or in challenging weather conditions if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. construction technology)
- Familiarity with local building codes/regulations related to facades in Porto
