Job Title: Facade Technician

We are a leading construction company in Porto looking for a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining external building facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This is a part-time position that does not require any previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair external building facades, including cladding, windows, doors, and other elements
- Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete facade installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other members of the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary documentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of construction principles and techniques
- Familiarity with various facade materials and their installation methods
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments at varying heights
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
