Facade Technician

A growing construction company in Porto is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, ensuring their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers or those looking to relocate to Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain exterior building facades according to design specifications
- Inspect and repair any damages or defects in the facade
- Ensure all safety regulations and standards are met during installation and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
- Maintain tools and equipment used for facade installation and repair

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in construction preferred
- Previous experience in facade installation or related field preferred but not required for freshers
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to construction work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
