Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's office in Jizan. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth running of our office. This position is suitable for Nepali nationals with fluency in English. Part-time positions are available for students, and we provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. The salary for this role is 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Provide support to the team by preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Handle financial records such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding office matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
