Adjuster for Insurance Company in Mombasa

We are a reputable insurance company in Mombasa seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and determining the validity of insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to policyholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including reviewing policy coverage, collecting evidence, and interviewing involved parties
- Analyze claim information and determine the cause and extent of damages
- Calculate claim amounts based on policy coverage and applicable laws
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to policyholders
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claim activities
- Stay updated on insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Biometric passport (for foreigners)
- Willingness to relocate to Mombasa if not currently residing there
