Merchandiser for Retail Store in Malindi

We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Malindi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner. Your main duties will include creating displays, setting up promotional materials, and monitoring inventory levels.

To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in visual merchandising and possess strong organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently are also essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Set up promotions and special offers in-store
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers when stock is running low
- Ensure products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Conduct regular store walk-throughs to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and adjust displays accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and displays
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Biometric passport preferred (but not required)
