Executive Chef (Gujrat, India)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Gujrat, India. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to inventory management and staff training. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences
- Supervising food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Training and developing kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets sanitation standards
- Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create unique dishes that showcase local flavors while also appealing to international guests
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation:
