Head Chef at Fine Dining Restaurant in Gujrat
As the Head Chef at our upscale fine dining restaurant located in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. You will be working closely with the management team to create and execute a menu that showcases high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and demonstrates your culinary expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that align with our restaurant's concept
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of food products to maintain freshness and quality
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team environment
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with all safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to create unique dishes using local ingredients while keeping up with current food trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Salary:
