Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in the beautiful city of Us! As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will also work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and adhere to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Review project specifications and make recommendations for materials and construction methods
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided. Please note that a biometric passport is preferred but not required.
Location: Us (preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities)
