We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in the US. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Prepare specifications and other technical documents
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of drawings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for qualified candidates.
