Junior Information Security Analyst

Our company, a leading tech firm in Bergen, is seeking a Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to protect our company's data and systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and networks for potential threats
- Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks
- Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, encryption tools, and access controls
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and techniques to continually improve our company's security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Experience working with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
