Job Title: Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces, as well as setting and aligning forms for various construction projects. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms, marking out areas, and ensuring safety precautions are in place
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Monitor and adjust curing process to ensure proper hardening
- Set and align forms for foundations, walls, columns, etc.
- Install rebar or wire mesh for reinforcement
- Perform finishing touches such as edging and texturing
- Clean tools, equipment, and worksite after project completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for concrete work
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
