Senior Architect - Herzliya, Egypt (Contract)


Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Herzliya, Egypt. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
