Senior Architect



Our growing architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Herzliya. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to oversee and manage all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept development to final construction plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Oversee construction progress and ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to review progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architecture
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with benefits including accommodation. This is a full-time position based in Herzliya.
