Merchandiser Specialist

We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser Specialist to join our retail team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, merchandising strategies, and market trends. They will be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and creating effective product displays. The Merchandiser Specialist will also work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in merchandising and a passion for consumer goods is a must. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Create visually appealing product displays that meet brand standards
- Negotiate pricing with vendors and maintain good relationships
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new products or changes to existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors' strategies, and consumer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising or retail buying
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Passion for consumer goods industry
