Job Title: Rental Operations Coordinator

The Rental Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental company in Dubrovnik. This includes managing rental contracts, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth running of our rental services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As we cater to international clients, proficiency in English is necessary. Indians with valid work visas are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage rental contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate with customers to schedule rentals and handle any inquiries or issues
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of rental equipment
- Assist in the development of rental plans and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory levels
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements
- Train new staff members on rental procedures and policies
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner
- Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements and address any challenges

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the rental industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in completing documentation and maintaining records
- Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office suite
- Valid work visa for India (preferred) or other countries
