Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Nakuru. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other forms of correspondence
- Keep track of office expenses and process invoices for payment
- Assist with HR tasks such as organizing employee files and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is a plus
Salary: $1700 per month
