Miner Supervisor

The Miner Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a mining site in Eldoret. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and experience in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of miners and ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Monitor production levels and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Train new employees on proper mining techniques and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production, equipment maintenance, and employee schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations at the mine site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead a team and make quick decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with computer systems for recording production data
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (accommodation may be provided)

Visa and ticket: Company will provide visa sponsorship for foreign candidates
