Handyman/Handywoman

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Malindi. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Keep maintenance records and report any major issues to the management team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while completing tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a handyman/handywoman preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
