Handyman in Malindi



The Handyman will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of residential and commercial properties in Malindi. This position is suitable for men who have experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and be physically fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients
- Keep accurate records of work done and materials used
- Ensure the safety of residents and property by following proper procedures for handling tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit (preferred but not required)
