Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Khasab

A luxury hotel in Khasab is seeking an experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and maximizing profits through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for different segments
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management regularly
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality due to visa requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month inclusive of accommodation.
