Job Title: Junior Commercial Architect
Location: Porto, Portugal


The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a passion for commercial architecture and design. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to assist in the planning and design of commercial spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building materials and systems to incorporate into designs
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure projects are being executed as planned
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency preferred)
