Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist
Location: Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes within our organization to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct time studies and create work standards to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and eliminate waste
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Train employees on new processes and provide ongoing support as needed
- Monitor process performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in production process and develop solutions to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in time study methodology, process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and lean principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
Salary:
1600$ per month

As this is a job for freshers, no prior work experience is required. Candidates must be Malayalees (from Kerala) as this is a preference. This position does not include accommodation.
