Office Assistant for Malayalees in Albena, Bulgaria
We are in need of an Office Assistant who can provide administrative support to our team of Malayalee workers in Albena, Bulgaria. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Respond to emails and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid work permit for Bulgaria
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
