Housekeeping Assistant


Our busy hotel in Atlanta is seeking a hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. This is a contract position with no experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas
- Clean bathrooms and replace toiletries as needed
- Ensure all hallways and public areas are free of debris
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Follow all safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No previous experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship

Salary: $1800/month
