A renowned restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team. As an Indian Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of traditional Indian desserts and pastries to delight our customers' taste buds. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of traditional Indian desserts and pastries
- Develop new dessert menu items that reflect the unique flavors of India
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper pastry techniques and recipes
- Ensure all desserts are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Maintain inventory and order necessary ingredients for daily operations
- Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other chefs to create a cohesive menu that reflects our restaurant's concept

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Indian pastry techniques, flavors, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1400$ per month based on experience. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company.
