Cashier - Customer Service Representative

We are a busy retail store in Nakuru looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier - Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately processing transactions. Your main duties will include handling cash and card payments, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
