Junior Merchandiser

We are currently hiring a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Mecca. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in planning, coordinating and executing product placement and promotions. This role requires strong analytical skills to track sales and inventory data, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure product displays are visually appealing
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for future product assortment and pricing decisions
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Support in-store events and promotions by coordinating product placement and signage
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Passion for retail industry
