Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Al Buraymi. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process to ensure timely completion of projects within the given budget and quality standards. You will also be responsible for procuring materials and equipment, hiring and managing subcontractors and construction workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in construction management or a related field, as well as several years of experience working as a Construction Manager. You must possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of construction professionals and ensure that all project activities are carried out efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities are also essential in this role as you may encounter unexpected challenges during the construction process.
As this is a hands-on role, physical fitness is necessary for conducting site inspections and supervising construction activities. You must also have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details.
This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation in Al Buraymi.
