Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Albena. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Hire and manage construction teams
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and approving payments
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction software
- Strong communication skills for working with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
