Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects according to client's requirements
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor progress of construction sites and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any on-site issues
- Manage project costs, including labor, materials, equipment rentals, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain good relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to oversee a team of subcontractors and workers
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1300$ per month
