We are a growing architecture firm based in Pula looking for a skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team. As a Draftsman, you will work closely with our architects to create detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and update existing drawings as needed
- Create 3D models of designs for presentation purposes
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Draftsman in the architecture or construction industry
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
