We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment used in construction and other industrial settings. Your main goal will be to ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and compactors
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and working on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine job specifications
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects within specified deadlines
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns that may occur during operation
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including hours worked, materials used, and tasks completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) required for employment in Russia
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures pertaining to heavy equipment operation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends or overtime as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 900$ per month depending on experience level. We also provide accommodation for employees who need it.
