Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Vilnius. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and assist with any questions or concerns
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions
- Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month
