Experienced Plasterer in Bergen

As an experienced plasterer in Bergen, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces of buildings. You will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within the given timeframe and budget. Your expertise in mixing and applying plaster, as well as repairing cracks and holes, will ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios and apply it evenly on surfaces
- Use hand tools or power tools to shape and smooth the plaster
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials
- Apply decorative finishes such as stucco or texture to walls and ceilings
- Ensure all safety measures are followed while working on scaffolds or ladders
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations if needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterer in residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasters, their uses, and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work for long hours in different weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A valid driver's license

Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)
