Baker for Busy Bakery in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our busy bakery in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods including breads, pastries, and cakes. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of goods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
