Pastry Chef

A luxury restaurant in Bayan is seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries for our menu. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting, as well as a passion for creating unique and innovative desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing dessert menu items that meet the restaurant's high standards of taste and presentation
- Managing inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients
- Training and supervising pastry staff to ensure consistency in quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold health and safety standards
- Collaborating with other chefs to create cohesive menus that complement each other's dishes
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually improve the pastry program

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven ability to create unique and visually stunning desserts
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month
