Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team at our restaurant in Clairvaux. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in Indian cooking, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our menu offerings, overseeing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You must have extensive knowledge of Indian spices and have experience in creating both traditional and modern Indian dishes.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team effectively, and have strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments. You must also have experience in managing food costs and inventory, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-local candidates if required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef
