Warehouse Worker


We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Bungoma. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Your main duties will include loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders
- Sort, label, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse
- Retrieve products from inventory to fulfill orders from customers or other departments
- Prepare products for shipment by packing them properly and labeling them with accurate information
- Operate forklifts or other machinery to move heavy items within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling materials and operating equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, such as data entry and inventory tracking software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for orders or shipments

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided.

Preference:
This job is open to Indian nationals who possess a valid biometric passport.
