Facade Designer


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Facade Designer to join our team in the United States. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing facade systems for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative facade designs that meet client requirements
- Conduct thorough research on building materials and construction techniques to ensure efficient and cost-effective design solutions
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and budgets
- Review shop drawings and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure quality control and troubleshoot any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in facade design is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
United States (preference for local candidates)
