Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company in the United States looking to hire a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining facades on various buildings and structures. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair facades on buildings using various tools and equipment
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and recommend repairs or replacements as needed
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times while working on projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Travel to different job sites as needed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Certification in facade installation or maintenance
- Previous experience working on high-rise buildings

Location: The position is based in the United States but nationality is not a requirement. However, preference will be given to candidates who are already authorized to work in the US.
