Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly, efficient and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in Chelyabinsk without sponsorship
