Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering orders to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with bussing tables when needed
