Waiter/Waitress

We are in need of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency preferred)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Ensure tables are properly set up before each meal service
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and arrange tables for new guests
- Process payments using POS system accurately
