We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team in Ashdod. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the hotel system

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer skills required
