Online Consultant - Remote Position (US)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online platforms. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This is a remote position based in the US with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with online platforms and tools such as chat support, email, social media, etc.
- Must have accommodation in the US
- Must have authorization to work in the US

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels
- Provide accurate and timely information about products or services offered
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
