Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in Clairvaux. As the head of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, maintaining high food quality standards, and managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menu concepts that reflect current culinary trends and cater to our discerning clientele
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and excellence in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost control to maintain profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team environment and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on French cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English language skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
