Merchandiser for International Fashion Brand in Herzliya, Israel

A leading international fashion brand is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join their team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the merchandise planning and allocation process to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers to develop merchandise plans based on sales data, trends, and consumer demand
- Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns as needed
- Monitor sales performance and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize profitability
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform future buying decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising within the fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of retail math
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandiser looking to join a dynamic international fashion brand. The salary for this position is $1100 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
