Computer Support Specialist in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service and technical support is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or customer service
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
